The Civic Players Yeovil 1971-2012 We are an amateur dramatics group who, besides performing have numerous social gatherings throughout the year. The Civic Players, (formally the Marian Players), was established in 1971 and since the late 1970s have been performing at the Swan Theatre, Yeovil. Our next production will be on 5th to 8th June 2012 and is "Deliver Us From Evil", a thriller by J D Robins. We currently produce two performances a year, generally in May/June & December. We perform a wide variety of plays; thrillers, farces and comedies, and design and build all our own sets. We always welcome new members into our society, so please contact us and come along to one of our next meetings.
